This is off topic but i was interested to hear what every1 thinks is the best abdominal workout for a goaltender. I know that all the core movements such as olympic lifts are huge for goaltenders. I want to know more specifically which ab exercises to do to improve as a goaltender. Balance, stability, power, and explosion. What is the best to improve these?
If you ask me, its holding weights (dumbells or just plates) above the stomach while lying on the back - then doing situps from that position.
