Just purchased a set in 2XL. The pant seems to me to fit a lot snugger than the Vaughn's sizing claims (yes I did add the 8-10" to my waist beforehand). They're very snug in the hips and thighs. Not restrictive, but coming from a Tackla 6000 pant, they're definitely a different feel.
So, my question is, for any of you using the V3 pant, is this typical? Do they loosen up after a couple of plays? I never really think of pants as something that needs a breakin period o to speak. I love how protective the pant is but I'm worried I should take these back and inquire about ordering a custom size pant.

I just recieved and used my pants yesterday. I ordered the xxl too. Coming from a Brian's Ridge pant this thing is very snug. I was very shocked by how snug it was considering that i would have not been able to fit into it 6 months ago due to weight loss. All in all though i was trying to get hit in the thighs so i could see how it felt and never did. After the practice i was getting undressed and i noticed at least 7 good puck marks! So far so good i guess. i never felt any of the shots at all.
