Looks good, but I could do without the whole warp speed look. It's hard to look at. I personally think it would look better without that, but leave everything else the same.
edit: You may also want to make the website a little bigger. It's in the fine print section and is easy to breeze over. I didn't even notice it the first time and had to go back and look for it.
