I used to do this. I'm just now switching over to using my stick as a ramp. I find that when I held my stick vertical like that, it gave me better rebound control.
Anyway's here's a crappy pic of my butterfly. My real butterfly is wider and both my glove and blocker are down sealing to my body in my real butterfly. (Yes I know my hair is messy! and I'm not that fat my shirt is ruffled.)
