Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd much rather see a younger goalie with the knees tightly sealed and a slightly narrowed flare over the wingspan of a bald eagle and a five hole that looks like it's been working the streets at night.
Like I said, I'm no expert on bfly glove positioning, but I'd recommend at least keeping your shoulders level. You can achieve that same position (if that's what you want/works) by dropping your blocker elbow or moving your glove arm. Also, your glove is pointed up at the air; pucks come from the ice.
If anyone who knows better would like to shut me up, please do  (I mean that in all seriousness; I'm trying to help, but I don't want to lead astray).

Thanks for the advice  As I said I now position my gloves differently. Here's a newer pic of my butterfly. (Damn I do have a narrow fly!) I forgot to put my gloves on though
