During the Holiday break, I only played on Sundays instead of the usual 3 skates a week, so I added and extra full stretch routine in each week. I tried to do the full split sequence twice each week to see if I could gain some flexibility instead of the usual once a week. The first week I streched 3 days apart and it worked great, but this week I tried to stretch Wednesday and last night, but didn't get too far the second. So my advice for those who bought it is that you may want to allow yourself 72 hrs to recouperate between doing the full split. Just my 2 cents...or maybe i'm just too old to heal fast enough.
