I guess if you mostly do roller, and just do ice now and then, it won't be as bad. But I was doing it the other way around, and I just decided that I should stop roller, just to keep from getting hurt. Either way.... good luck!

thats pretty much the story of my life right there...played roller for like 12 years, been playing ice now for just about 1 year, theres no going back to the motions of roller hockey for me ice absolutely spoils you as a goalie and you have no idea how much it does till you go onto a surface that isnt as slippery
