Then I'd go medium for sure. I'm in the same weight class and I wear a medium in Vaughn and *******. (matrix II and 3700 vision).
You shouldn't need a personal trainer to build muscle, maybe a onetime consult in order to setup your workout plan, and then spend the rest of your money on food and whey protein shakes. Personal trainers are pointlessly expensive. I've been doing this for 4.5 months and I've gained over 10lb's in muscle mass alone.
