Pad stack is to me a VERY DESPERATE move ossoicated with over commiting to one side and then sprawling to get back to stop. I dont get out of position very often, and when i do i can butterfly slide over.
But hey im just a kid, a kid none of you have seen before, what could i POSSIBLY know. Youd be surprised.......

Oh noes, Keeks! You've been pwned by a HS goaltenderererererererer.
Post of the year.
FWIW, there is a time and place for ANY type of save.... even the much discussed paddle down ( Yes, Az, I know... I know... take a pill and lie down! ). A two pad stack has a time and place.... as does a diving poke check.
Here's an interesting question.... how many of your HS goalies are currently drafted? Oh yeah... that's right. They aren't.
