I have been to Stan Matijwa's camp and the two pad stack and diving pokecheck while seeming outdated do have their uses in certain situations. On a 2 on 0 I used the two pad stack to make the save and it saved the game for us. Also the diving pokecheck is great por a guy coming out of the corne or the side with his head down and next thing he knows he is on his face. That is a great moment for a goalie on a pokecheck when you get the puck and trip the guy at the same time.
