Dude go to www.skatesandiego.net and start playing pick up as much as possible, and join a house league. Most importantly STOP PLAYING ON CONCRETE IF YOU WANT YOUR GEAR TO LAST. Joe will set you up, they even have free goalie clinics on Sundays... Good luck, Rep SD!!!
