I just sent mine out last week. I bought them November 18 and already the cowling on one skate was badly cracked from the innerside of the foot all the way down to the bottom around the blade. Last week I sent them to Tour like you did with an authorization number. I sent back the pair before this one because it had a cowling that covered up the front eyelet so I couldn't lace the skate. Maybe Tour is making defective products for this line of skates?
I'll let you know how Tour takes care of my problem. Good luck with yours as well.
