The reason it takes so long is that first you ship them to the main Tour facility. Then 3 days later the skates go to another state for the repair. Then they send them back to you.

WOW..way off on that one...What's even funnier is that I'm from NY and I've never heard of Oceanside NY. Originally from Ogdensburg then to Syracuse, completely from the other end of the state. Now living in sunny San Marcos, CA which is right next to....Oceanside....hence my assumption.
Thanks for the info on Tour, now I know what to expect. I'll be posting my results when I recieve the skates back from Tour.
