Worn cowlings

I have had the redlines for about a year and although they are quite scuffed and discolored from use they have never cracked or worn through only now after use of 3-4 days a week for the last 12 months, I am having stability problems with the boot. If you use any Goalie skate on concrete they will not hold up well at all, as they were never desighned for concrete use. You are very lucky that they repaired them for you at all, If you have your original warantee card you will see that they specify what surface they are ment for. Although they don't specifically say "not for use on concrete" it does say for sportcourt/indoor rink use. Like I have mentioned in other posts, I got these skates through a friend that owns a sport shop. Because of this I got them three months before they were really availible sorta like a dealers demo pair. I have noticed slight diffrences in the current redlines, but nothing really important. My skates came with smaller wheels than the later ones and the packaging was diffrent. That was about it Pretty sure the skates core is the same. I guess Tour would rather have a happy custumer and possible repeat business, instead of an extra pair of cowlings and a pissed off custumer. Kudos to them.
