As I detailed here before, they were selling a used set of pads on the Bay, just didn't bother to note the sizing. (I think their eBay ad scripts are written by ESL students.) When I emailed them to ask if they could just lay a tape measure down the shin and give me the number. I didn't ask them to estimate the actual size, just take a measurement and tell me what it is.
Instead, I get a one sentence reply: "There 33 in".
(sic) My, you REALLY want to sell those, don't you?
