I really don't know the answer to that question. I suppose you'd have to contact Tour or any other retailer and discuss their shipping policies. Best to contact them directlyand get all the info directly from them. Otherwise you could use something like eBay or any retailer's websites, they usually have a page for shipping. Possibly have someone here in the states buy them and ship them to you also. Good luck!
