Yesterday the membership pointed out to me that the server's clock had drifted by 30 min. I just now had that corrected. I suspect this is because I had the time set back and the rule for the site is that you have to wait 60 seconds to post again. so you posted, time was set back 30 minutes so you have to wait 31 min.
