( B.S. ) He had offered a replacement pair of cowlings when they finally come in. He said he had all my info down and would call me when they came in. ( B.S. ) Its now almost May... No phone call. I'm never going to buy a Tour product again. Its a truely unfortunate thing that there are no good Goal skates for roller hockey besides the Tour and Bauer. I have recommended to a couple of roller hockey players to purchase just the chassis and install them on a ice hockey boot. I am only one of two goalies at I.S.C.A. that wear the Tour GX carbon skates. The other plays PIHA and we both after dealing with Tour are going to switch our cowlings to our old Bauer skates. Hopefully they'll fit. If anyone from Tour wants to make this right. Instead of keeping this completely negative view of your company, contact Kris Moore ( Owner of ISCA ) and talk to him about the skates. He is well aware of the situation.
My cowlings failed within 3 months of purchase. I'm not chasing around a customer rep for something that should of been handled within 24 hours of a phone call. It should of been handled as such. ( Send them in, Okay we sent out a new pair to replace these. )

For reasons similar to this, I won't buy Tour again either. It seems as though the list is growing and growing, at least on the goalie side of things...
