After the game I went up to the ref, and asked him why he didn't blow the whistle, he said: well it looked like to me that you knocked it off, I said: I would have rather taken my chances with us being short handed and getting the whistle instead of watching the puck go in the net when I think there's gonna be a whistle. He just looked at me with this blank look on his face.
This was actually at the "New" place in Ofallon: Way to play sports. ( The sport court rink) We no longer play at Hells Kitchen (Oak Hill ), at least not in the summer.........the new place has AC!!! WooHooo!!!
I had thought they said that the ref's were USA certified. Certifiably horrable!
I know it's my fault for "giving up" on the play, but still......!
Bernie- I had heard also that there was a couple of teams playing over here that came from All American.......You know anything about that?
Also the guy who's heading up the league is Dan Sable? Maybe used to work at AA???
