Typical hockey logic at work here: Osgood flops so all of a sudden his actions essentially cancel out those of Ribeiro. Ridiculous.

Should Osgood get a minor penalty for hanging around with Hasek too long and picking up some of his unsportsmanlike "soccer-player-esque" flopping? Yes- no probably about it. However, should Ribeiro get a misconduct, possibly a suspension for taking a "McSorley" swing at Osgood? No question whatsoever.

One of the biggest problems with our sport is that poor judgment calls are graded on their results, not the intentions behind them, and this situation's a PERFECT example.
