Baseball pretty much made my glove and my puck tracking what it is. I always played third or shortstop, and had a pretty good glove there. That formed a lot of my reactions and anticipation.
I have done Tae Kwon Do for about 14 years now. That has done worlds of good for my flexibility and stamina.
The biggest helper I think though was cheerleading. I was involved in competitive cheerleading for 3 years. That was great for body control, agility, and flexibility.
