Regardless if Ozzie meant to actually hit him or not, no way should he have stuck his stick out like that. And no way does that justify the two-hander. Both of them should have gotten something. And who knows how much he really hurt him. I've been wacked with a stick like that and it can hurt like a mutha depending on where exactly it hits. But I don't think it would make someone roll around that much.
That said, time was run down and there was no reason for both Stars players to be charging in behind the net like that after Lidstrom.
