I was reading Mens Health (highly recommend this magazine) and they had an article on how to take your workouts to the next level. On one of the pages the had a full page picture of Steve Nash working out on the Vew Do board. The caption said that he could perform his entire workout on this board.

I could see this greatly helping goaltenders. I'm thinking about buying one for use with workouts and hand to eye type of stuff. I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this item and to show it to others on the board.
