alright I have a question this really isn't wrestling related per say. I wrestled all through out high school. I was always around 130-145 pounds when i wrestled. I've always played hockey and I've always tried to gain weight. Yet its hard for me to gain weight. Right now im 5'8 and about 152. Do you have an suggestions on how to bulk up? Obviously you have done a great job adding muscle mass. I saw a picture of you when you were younger and you were small and then you beefed up so much. Any tips or anything would be appreciated.
