Just gave the program a whirl for the first time. I'm thinking I am going to use some of the routines, and replace/change others (chest and back come to mind).
Did the short ab ripper and thought it was great. My core/abs are definitely not what they should be, and this really made me realize it.
Won't comment on the program too much as I only just got into it, say, two hours ago. But the presentation and attitude of the workout is good, and it should help people stay motivated.
