Did the short ab ripper and thought it was great. My core/abs are definitely not what they should be, and this really made me realize it.
Won't comment on the program too much as I only just got into it, say, two hours ago. But the presentation and attitude of the workout is good, and it should help people stay motivated.

Not to be a nazi here or anything, but don't pick and choose what you do. Do the workout as designed, that is the best way to get results.
Tony talks about how this will get you in the best shape of your life. While I cannot speak to that because I think when I was in college I was in better shape than this 90 day program could get me, although I might be wrong. But I've studied a lot about training and this program is very comprehensive and well thought out. Everything is designed with a specific purpose, and it executes that. Don't judge the program or make changes to it based upon one night's work. Give it 30 days...seriously.
