Everything is an hour except yoga which is 1 1/2 hours. But you should give yourself 1 1/2 hours because of the extra breaks.
I suggest you do a pre90x workout over 2 weeks then start the program. Your going to be very very sore the next day.
Key is to know your limits- for example don't do 30 pushups on the first excercise, do like 10-15.
Go buy some recovery drink like Eduarox (sp) and or Accerlade as well.
