I've been so frustrated trying to find and stick to a "get in shape for goaltending" workout routine that incorporates ALL these things. It has felt overwhelming to try and find ways to fit it all in, but this seems to cover everything I'm trying to accomplish plus a bunch more. All I need to add is actual ice time, which is a no brainer since it's the fun part.

Chin-up bar, yoga mat, push-up bars if you want them, resistance bands and dumbells. If you have a good set of dumbells, you don't need the bands. The bands are an alternative to the chin-up bar and dumbells although getting them gives you more options for doing the workouts...plus the bands travel better than dumbells if you are out of town for any reason
