I am always right up against one post looking over my shoulder. I try not to move too much. If the puck crosses the center of the net I shuffle over to the other post and watch the puck over my other shoulder.

If there are more people behind the net and it's going back and forth like crazy then so am I, but I'm always focused on the centre of the net and up against one post in order to prevent a wrap around if that might occur after losing track of the puck.
