I do, and i really don't have any problems. I have one day of rest on Sunday (i still stretch). Be smart though: if something is very sore, don't work it out (if your quad is sore for example: don't do an exercise that would involve the quad doing something heavy or strenuous.
My hard workouts are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do Hill sprints Tuesday and home workouts on Thursdays and Saturdays. And I fell fine.
JUST STAY HYDRATED! and you'll be good. Also eating foods that repair muscle up to one hour after a workout is very helpful to keep you going. Eat Carbs and proteins and i find muscle milk helps as well.
