i have the no rebounds set and its a very good basic program, some thing you can watch when you need a refresher etc.
in terms of advanced stuff its ok, but there are alot of sources on the web for free that i personally feel rival it, not to mention you can download the pdf version of the no rebounds book, with pics lol
but yeah as a starter system its good, i watch them when im in a bit of a slump lol
