For the first 4 weeks it is identical to that of the Classic program. So I'd hope in that time frame, I'll work out any muscle group that I would have been out of shape in. I know it's going to be demanding, but I'm one of those gluttons for punishment.
I am also not completely following the nutrition diet, as I find it near impossible myself. But I am being more nazi aboutmy portion sizes. Drives my mom insane! Being from a greek family, if you take a small plate instead of a big plate, it's like slapping your mother in the face
