I came to a conclusion to day. I am not going to drop much weight. I am down about 12-15lbs. I suspect I might lose another 10 tops. Which will be great, don't get me wrong. But I think that if I wanted to get down to 175 as intended, I needed to do the LEAN program. I simply don't have the time in my life to do the doubles.

Not to sound like a braggard or anything of the sort, but due to my days of very serious training I still have a lot of muscle mass underneath the lard and that will keep my weight rather stagnant. Granted I am just over 1/3 of the way into it...so a lot could happen...but I aint holding my breath. Seeing what I am seeing in terms of definition of muscle groups...I sorta wish I wasn't too shy to do the Day 0/30/60/90 pics as the difference is rather obvious.
