One thing you might want to consider is on the leg days, doing a double. Meaning on Plyo day, do it in the AM and PM, same on Legs/back. You could also add in some dryland training of some interval sprints, as well as hill sprints/plyos, maybe on day 3 or day 7 is my best guess.
