I have never played more since college. I am currently sporting 4 teams and have 3-4 games a week right now. I do a lot of double headers too, plus volleyball on Weds nights.
It has been quite beneficial too, for example last night's double header. With the heat in the rink I never would have made it through and I think I managed to keep my hydration in check as well due to the conditioning level that I am maintaining due to the workouts.
