That has been my issue in the past. Right now I feel very loose, nimble and quick but like I said above I gas out from the lack of cardio.
For some reason I've been a slow starter since my conditioning has been better. But there was no perceived wall for me. As stated in the past, I have maintained a reasonable fitness level to perform in games, but it is much better now. But my hydration issues have improved with my conditioning and my recovery is much, much better so any break in the game of 30 secs or more for me is enough time to fully recover.

I am toying with the idea of getting a HR monitor to track what goes on during a game in terms of peak and median ranges to see if I am working hard or dogging it during games to try and save some in the tank.
