Sure!

So did they... for forty years. Again, it's not her fault for seeking similar compensation to what she's been getting. Maybe the 15% is too high, but you guys seem fixated on what she's already gotten. That's not what's being disputed, if I'm not mistaken.

One of the articles says the terms were similar to what she had gotten for the past ten years. What am I missing outside of the 15% raise? I can agree to the notion that 15% after two years seems like too much, but if it stays at that +15% level for the next eight or the term of the contract, she's not necessarily making out like a bandit.
