Hey guys. As summer is officially getting underway, im looking to get into shape. Im about 30 lb over. Yes I know it may seem like alot, but im the type of person that will gain a pound just by eating something very small. Im looking for you guy's help to make a food choice and exercise plan.
Foods I like:
Carrots, Broccoli , Cauliflower, Cucumbers
All Meat
Mangos, Pineapple, Apples, Banana's , Oranges, all that stuff.
Im guessing the best way is to eliminate Diet Coke and junk food, correct? I love no fat Yogurt with fruits and good granola. I usually have a grain bagel with Creton in the morning or low fat Cream Cheese. I'm looking to bike to work probably 3 or 4 times a week. Its 6KM per way. Any help guys? I really want to commit to this so any help would be great.
So lots of water, fruits , veggies, no junk food and pop and alot of exercise is a start?
