DONT EAT JUNKFOOD OR DRINK SODAS!!!!!!

Try to eat 5-6 times a day and 2-3 hours between the meals. If you do that your body never gets on "starvation mode" and the will help you burn fat. If your body gets on "starvatin mode" it will be burning muscles instead of fat.
