My first time through was very disappointing too. It is common. Come back tomorrow and give what you've got, and then give a little bit more. Next time around it will be easier, that I promise.
As Tony says at the end of Chest/Back, keep putting the disc in, keep pressing play and keep bringing what you've got and forgetting about the details.
