Finished Plyos today.
I took leaferguys advice, sort of. I dont know how long my breaks were, but I would just pause it when the water breaks would start, go inside, get a drink and come back out and stretch for the remaining 30 seconds.
I don't feel it too much right now, but thats the same thing I thought about Chest & Back, and I definitely felt it the next day.
