Ice time in Toronto
I'm still new to goaltending on ice and been wanting to get out there to practice some movements. I'm looking to get out on the ice, not neccesarily to play, but just practice bfly, slides, skating, etc. I looked at some of the rinks and see that all the shinny times or drop-ins are during the middle of the day, usually ending by 2pm or earlier. How does anyone even have time to play in the middle of the day? Don't they have to work....? Unless you're a student of course.
Does anyone know of a place that offers free icetime to either do shinny or practice skating/movement after 4 or 5pm? The last few times I've played shinny on ice has gotten better but I'm still finding moving around awkward and would like to work on my skills in a non-game environment.
