My dads birthday is coming up soon. He tried to do p90x with me, but he couldn't keep up.
Anyways, I was thinking about buying p90 for him. Hes not horribly out of shape, he's about 5'7 180 pounds. He used to be a marathon runner when he was in his late teens, actually got a scholarship in Germany because of his running, but had to retire early due to an injury and he hasn't really trained since I was born. Well my question is, do you all think he'd be able to do p90? He's turning 48 and (according to him anyways) has weak knees...
