You should have seen the email my boss attempted to write yesterday! Fortunately, by the time he finished it he realized it probably wasn't right, so he forwarded it to me, I fixed it up (including the improper use of "are" instead of "our"
), sent it back to him, and he copy/pasted it into a new email. Construction guys aren't known for their language skillz, that's for dang sure!
As for the original poster -- have your attorney read over the original contract. If it was written up by the likes of the moron who wrote the letter, it may have so many loopholes that you can hire anyone you want!
