I don't think anyone wears crocs because they look good, but a lot of guys I work with are trying to get my to wear crocs for the comfort. I've never worn them so I don't know, but they worship them. Also, good arch support is important. I find that a soft-ish insole (not too soft) works wonders, conforms to your feet and gives fairly even support.
