Question, I'm having an odd issue.
My Smith 5000's are starting to break in now, and they are holding a nice S shape and when I do my b-fly the meet, just a touch of over lap.
I don't have the V going on, the edges are 90 degrees to the floor.
My issue is that the thigh rise is about half to 1 inch off the floor. Just enough that if puck is on the ice and coming hard it could squeak under.

I actually have had 2 pucks go under the pads there. Now granted this is more of an issue of have your stick there stupid then the pads. But still I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and if someone has some suggestions.

My camera has been MIA for a little while now but if I can find it I'll put some pictures up to help illustrate what I'm saying.
