Puck flip: did it when I was a kid. Grew out of it. Now I just hand the puck to the ref.
My peeves:
1. Hot-shot players that always skate the puck in for a deke on point-shot drills in practice.
2. Hot-shot players that skate the puck in for a deke every time they have the puck.
3. Players that decide that once a drill is over, its open range shooting gallery on the goalie with his back turned.
4. Same as the guy before that gets peeved by the guy that just won the Stanley cup with his goal past you.
5. Players that take 3 or 4 rebound chances in practice drills when your focussing on the next shot.
6. Head hunters in the warmups.
7. Guys that take the "crash the net" strategy WAY too literally.
8. Guys that hack when you freeze the puck, then go crying to the refs when you go home with their ankles!
9. People that can see that you're not recovered from the previous shot, but decide to shoot anyway.
10. Players that say "stay in your net, goalie!" As if they know what they're talking about.
So yeah, I'm very irritable as a goalie!
