Exclamation Important "Equipment Review" Forum Rules Inside

There have been too many threads posted within this forum that do not contain a review. Please ensure that when you start a thread within this forum, it is a review of gear you own.

Please do not post a What should I buy thread?

As with most things, it is all personal preference. If you are having a tough time deciding what to buy, post a question in the EQUIPMENT forum stating what you are looking to buy, what models you will consider, what price range.

Please do not post a Are there any review's of? thread.

First item, please do a search and see if a review already exists. If it does & it doesn't answer your question, bump the thread & ask your question or PM the originator & ask him personally.

If there isn't a previous review on the BB, please don't post "please post a review". Asking for a review is a vague question...Someone's review may not contain the info you are looking. If you are considering purchasing a particular brand or type of gear or just have questions about it, please post your detailed question in the EQUIPMENT FORUM.

Please do not post a Initial pics or pre-review thread

You are excited that you got new gear & want to show it off?? We are excited to see them...Please just post pics in EQUIPMENT FORUM. You can get all your "sweet gear" & "nice couch" comments there. Once you are ready to post your review of transaction, the craftsmanship, the playability, the durabilty...essentially the full meal deal, then post your review.

Please note, I have linked to threads as examples within this post. However, I am not flaming the originators of those threads or saying that they are bad threads. I am merely saying that these threads do not belong in the equipment review forum (where they were all originally posted) & they have been moved to their appropriate forum.

If people haven't read the description of the review forum, here it is:

Quote:
Real honest reviews of specific brands and models of equipment. No banter, no "What are the best pads?" or "What stick should I get?"
Please respect it.
