The morning shake has "the works" . I call it the MOAS (Mother Of All Shakes). You can call it DA BOMB.  The other shakes are almost always just the whey blend with wheat bran (or oatmeal) and either a carrot or fruit thrown in.

I don't know if your shake is grainy, but for a while I was putting oats in my shake and it would be like drinking sand. Then I started to put them through the coffee grinder first so they would be a nice fine powder and mix up completely. Just a little something to consider
