bdowd, I sent you a PM about sizing.
For everyone, though, I recently received an '06 3700, and the changes aren't as numerous as I initially thought when looking at one quickly in the store.
First, the chest blocks are all a tad bit thicker by way of a thicker layer of soft foam on the front.
The shoulder floaters are longer top to bottom and a bit stiffer, so they sit up tall in the butterfly. Though they look a bit like Velo floaters now (as opposed to the '05 5500-style), they're very square on top when the unit is actually worn. The floaters have articulation points built into them, but they don't seem to do anything. The floaters also have wide plastic inserts over the armpit area that help to cover the hole in the protection that the '05 had between the floater and the second arm flap.
From what I can tell, the arms are unchaged on the '06.
